Separation of corporation and state
Corporate influence has dominated Kentucky’s representative governments since our inception. If you believe that fundamental rights are endowed by our Creator, then only an individual may possess them. In fact, we reserve liberty to ourselves: “We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.” ~Preamble to U.S. Constitution. Corporations are created by individuals and corporations are designed for profit. While it is necessary to deny corporations access to government due to undue influence, it is equally important to protect corporations from the government. The government must not possess any corporation as property. As government access is severed from religion (religious individuals have access), government access must be severed from corporations to protect society and the function of the corporation. Kentucky, our society, possess religions, governments, and corporations but these institutions must be separated due to their independent ability to control the other institutions and create a religious or corporate society.
Further, these institutions are among many institutions in our society such as media, education, economy, entertainment, arts, etc. No institution may control government, as the government is solely at the will of the people. Ky. Constitution Section 4: “All power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority and instituted for their peace, safety, happiness and the protection of property. Any government entity that conflicts/competes with any corporation must be severed from the state as non- governmental organizations including transportation, insurance, education, pension/ retirement, mental health, energy, housing, healthcare, worker’s claims, unemployment insurance, worker’s compensation, public advocacy, etc. Any corporation or individual may bid every four years to replace any non-governmental organization and succeed by ratification of the Senate. All non- governmental organizations are subject to state auditing and reporting. Every government department or agency created for the purpose of licensing shall be fully funded from the annual license application fee. Any expenditure by the state government for any corporate good, or any corporate service, must be administered through a labor union affiliated with the corporation.
There is no such thing as the public good, common good, or higher good. Communism, Socialism, Fascism, etc. simply replace an individual’s peace, safety, happiness and their protection of property to the state’s peace, safety, happiness and eventually the state’s property. A Commonwealth was instituted in Virginia to protect corporations in 1776. The board of directors for the Virginia Company became a “representative” government and enforced their taxation through corporations. Who collects the state government’s taxes? Corporations collect taxes. The Commonwealth of Kentucky currently possesses many corporations, funds private corporations, and defines this as liberty. The rulers, the enforcers, and the workers structure created Plato’s Higher Good. We must tear out this socialism by its roots. “Government, even in its best state, is but a necessary evil; in its worst state, an intolerable one.” ~Paine. All systems of government that derive a foundation in the government being the common good were formed in deceit. Because of God’s New Covenant good can only be found in the individual. If Jesus was the truth, then Plato’s Republic must be false. Plato’s republican system of rulers, enforcers, and workers must be reformed. When Kentuckians rise, this Commonwealth will rise.
